Limited Quantities: Please note that many of our items are available in limited quantities. We'll do our best to keep this information updated on the website.

Restocking: We restock products at our discretion based on demand and availability. If an item you love is out of stock, sign up for email notifications to be alerted when it's back!

Color Accuracy: Through high-resolution images and detailed descriptions, we try our best to display the exact colors and quality of our products. However, due to variations in lighting during photography and differences in monitor settings, the color of the item you receive may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

Returns & Refunds: We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Styling Suggestions: Folklore offers styling suggestions for all its products. For detailed styling advice, please get in touch with us at support@folklorefl.com and book an online (cell phone) session with our stylist. A single free styling session is offered with every purchase. You will be required to pay a fee To book a session without a purchase, you will be charged a fee for booking a session without a purchase. 

Discounts: Folklore offers discounts and sales on its items at its discretion. A discount deal on one social media platform may not be available on all platforms. Our Whatsapp group members get access to exclusive discounts and are the first to view our new collections.
