Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth return experience, please review the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

    • Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement or full refund.
    • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will verify the mistake and promptly ship the correct item or issue a full refund.

Please note, to qualify for our return policy you must return the damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving them. Claims must be made within 24 hours.

Time Limit:

    • All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this timeframe.

Refunds:

  • Damaged Items: Refunds are only available for products that arrive damaged. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Damage claims shall not be considered valid after the given timeframe.
  • Incorrect Items: We understand the inconvenience of receiving an incorrect item; however, they do not qualify for refunds. Please report the incorrect item within 24 hours of receiving it. Folklore will promptly ship (after receiving the damaged and incorrect items) the correct item you ordered, free of charge. 

Please note to qualify for a refund you must return the damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving it. Claims must be made within 24 hours. 

Return Conditions:

  1. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  2. Your item must be in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
  4. Return policy does not apply to products ordered by mistake. 

Payment:

  1. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will pay for your order in cash upon delivery directly to the courier company.
  2. Folklore encourages online transactions via bank transfers, easypaisa. Please note, online payments must be made in advance.

Important Notes:

We cannot accept returns for a change of mind on COD orders. Since COD incurs additional processing fees, we encourage you to carefully review your order before placing it.

Returns are not available for items ordered by mistake. Double-check your order details before placing it to avoid any unwanted items.

We may request photos of the damaged item(s) for verification purposes.

Damaged and incorrect items must be returned to Folklore at the address sent to you via email. Please know we can only ship the replacement or the correct item after receiving the item you wish to return (see Folklore's return eligibility).
